Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment?
We do, for tenancy deep cleans. Our home cleaning professionals use only the highest quality products and the best equipment possible to ensure such cleans are done properly. As a post-Covid measure, we now advise customers to provide their own products and equipment for regular recurring cleaning. In the event this is not possible, the cleaner may use their own cleaning products for a small extra charge. Please tick the “Cleaning Supplies” box found under the “Type of Service” section in our booking form. However, you may still be required to provide some equipment.
Can I request special tasks or extras?
Absolutely! We love going above and beyond! Please, make a note under the “Notes and Comments” section of our booking form, so that you can request any additional services necessary.
This may be subject to extra costs if it includes carpet cleaning or any of the extras already listed on the booking form.
Can I trust my cleaning professional?
Each and every cleaning professional that we hire is experienced and professional and highly rated / reviewed by other customers. We believe that your trust and security come first; therefore, we hold our cleaning professionals to the highest standards.
